Sarah Warren is an entrepreneur based in Tallahassee, Florida, whose career began in law and evolved into independent business ventures. For over a decade, she specialized in public finance and legal representation for local government clients, providing counsel on complex bond financing transactions and advising special taxing districts. Known for her practical legal solutions and business acumen, she now applies the skills gained in her legal career to projects she manages with her husband, Gabe.

Raised in Aspen, Colorado, Sarah graduated from Aspen High School in 2002. She attended Rollins College in Orlando, Florida, earning a Bachelor of Arts in English with a minor in Communications, graduating cum laude in 2006. She was active in the Kappa Kappa Gamma Sorority, serving in leadership roles including president. She went on to earn her Juris Doctor from Vanderbilt University Law School in 2010, where she served as Associate Editor for the Environmental Journal and gained valuable experience through the International Law Practice Clinic.

Her early career included a role at American Express in 2011, where she excelled in corporate account business development, earning top performance rankings. In 2013, she returned to law, joining the Florida Department of Economic Opportunity’s Office of the General Counsel, focusing on community planning and strategic business development. In 2014, she moved to Hopping Green & Sams, P.A., eventually becoming a shareholder and concentrating on exceptional district representation, community development, and public finance transactions. Her work involved acting as Issuer’s Counsel for infrastructure financing to support residential and mixed-use developments across Florida.

In 2022, Sarah joined Bryant Miller Olive P.A., continuing her public finance work with local governments, underwriters, and other professionals to achieve successful financing outcomes. Her expertise spanned bond issuance, special district counsel, tax-exempt bonds, underwriter representation, and infrastructure development.

Beyond her professional career, Sarah Warren has been active in the Urban Land Institute, participating in the Women’s Leadership Initiative, the Young Leaders Group, and the Urban Plan educational program. An avid equestrian since childhood, she competed nationally, helped establish the Rollins College Equestrian Team, and continues to ride for pleasure. She also enjoys hiking, skiing, and reading, with a strong interest in creative writing fostered by her academic background in English.
